Capoeira is a Brazilian art form that combines elements of martial arts, sports, and music. It was created in Brazil mainly by descendants of African slaves with Brazilian native influences. It is known by quick and complex moves, using mainly power kicks and quick leg sweeps, with some ground and aerial acrobatics, knee strikes, take-downs, elbow strikes, punches and headbutts.

“- Formado Kaukito, born in Salvador-Bahia (Brazil) the heart and the roots of the original Capoeira Regional, started training already at the age of 9 years old with the best masters, all of them came from the same school of Mestre Bimba, the creator of Capoeira Regional.

For more than 10 years, he gives passionately and full of enthusiasm lessons in Belgium! so he can introduce you to this beautiful culture and lifestyle. Beginning of 2013, The Group Athletas Capoeira was created and led by Mestre Pititinga, who trusted the responsibility of the group in Belgium to be represented and managed by Formado Kaukito. With love and passion he devotes himself to his group and students, to form the best Athletas Capoeira in the shortest time possible.
